SHIPPING POLICY

Once an order is received and payment received ,the products will be Dispatched within 2-3 working days.

Please Note: That orders placed on  Weekends and Public holidays will be processed 2 -3 working days from the Monday.

Delivery in JHB : 2 -3 working days

Delivery within Cape Town: 3 - 5 working days

Delivery to Main City Centers: 3 - 5 working days **

Delivery to Outlay Areas: 4 - 7 working Days 

Our main Centers are: Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, East London, George, Bloemfontein, Rustenburg

Nelspruit, Polokwane, Klerksdorp and Kimberley

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the product to us and we will either replace it, or credit your account, subject to the below terms. 

Products for return 

To ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible please ensure the following :

    •  
      •  package your products safely and securely for protection during transit 

      • clearly mark your return reference number on the outside of the parcel; and

      • include all accessories and parts that were sold with the product and the original packaging

Failure to adhere to any of these requirements could delay the processing of your request or result in its decline altogether.

1: Unwanted products

In accordance to the ECT CPA Act, you have up to 7 working days, starting the day after you receive your product to cancel and return your order in the original packaging.

In accordance to the ECT CPA Act Section 16 provisions, you have the following rights of returns as a consumer that applies to your transactions:

* A general right to return, for seven working days after delivery

* For any reason

* Returned in the original packaging

The consumer will be liable for the return of the goods to Gululu SA, 16 bundo Rd, Sebenza , Edenvale,1609.

You can return an unwanted product to us provided:

      • it is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached;

      • it is not missing any accessories or parts;

      • you log a return as per instructions below to info@gululu.co.za

Unwanted products must be returned unused and in good condition. You must take care to ensure that the product is properly packaged so that it will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found to be used beyond what it takes for you to reasonably inspect it or damaged, then we may reject a refund.

2.Defective, faulty or non-conforming products:

Please inspect your product carefully upon receipt. Should a product be damaged or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery / collection or does not conform to your order, please notify us immediately by emailing info@gululu.co.za or call 082 576 1013.

We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product at our warehouse and validated your return, we will replace the product as soon as possible (if stock is available) or refund you the ful amount. Products that have been misused or changed may not be eligible for returns. If you are eligible for a refund, such refund will be processed within 14 calendar days of our receipt of the product.

 

We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality,  and in good working order and without defects.What is a defect? A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances. The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return :

      • faults resulting from normal wear and tear;

      • damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;

      • damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion;

      • damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;

      • damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product

f you return a defective product  to us, but you fail to return all of the accessories and parts that were sold with that product, we are entitled to (subject to applicable law) to refuse the return, only to replace the item that you did return, or to estimate the value of the missing accessories and parts and only to credit or refund you in respect of the returned item.

Warranty period:

Please be advised that we have a standard six-month warranty period on all returnable products from the date of delivery.

Please note :If the product is returned because of a defective, faulty or non-conforming product we will arrange a collection at no charge. If it is a return request because of a unwanted product you will be liable to arrange the courier. if it is outside the 7 working days after delivery, you will be responsible for sending the item/s back to us.

You will be provided with a form that must be included in the package when sent back to Gululu SA.

If you return a product that does not comply with this Policy, you may be liable to reimburse Gululu SA for the cost of collecting the product from you and the cost of having the product returned to you.
